Meet our  wonderful team

Kadie Chilton - Managing Director

NVQ Level 3 in childcare, Learning & Development,  NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership

I have worked in Early years for 16 years. I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in this time. My passion for early years is apparent as through hard work and dedication I now own and run my own Nursery which I am extremely proud of. I am very privileged to have a wonderful, dedicated team by my side to help care for our lovely children.

Watching a child develop and grow, explore their surroundings and strive to learn new skills, is an incredible experience. I feel there is nothing more rewarding than observing a child master skills, knowing you have given them the assistance and space to achieve them. I love building new friendships with our children and their families, helping in any which way I can.

I enjoy spending time with my husband Jason, and our five children Hayden, Kacie, Carter, Kian and Sammy. I love to go camping, kayaking and fishing in my free time.

I really enjoy working in the Early Years as I believe that this is an incredibly important part of a child’s development and I like supporting their growth and watching their progress through their time at nursery.

I particularly enjoy being outside with the children and like helping the children develop, explore and engage in the environment. The outdoors is a great place for young children to develop, learn and thrive.
